If you wanted to publish content to Dev you should probably first know CSS, JavaScript or Lua, but publishing scripts, stylesheets and modules isn't the only way to contribute to Dev I guess

If it's a script or a stylesheet, you create a MediaWiki:Pagename.js/css page for it

(But first you should probably be reading w:c:dev:DEV:CC if you want to contribute scripts or stylesheets)

(and w:c:dev:DEV:P regardless of the contribution method)

It lets users add that into their JS and then it imports the actual script
