"When you're alone, it's hard to get people to like you."

Embry has soft locks of hair, gently falling to her waist.
Embry is shy, quiet and doesn’t have much of a bubbly personality. She’s focused, hardworking and is spiraling into depression. She cries herself to sleep nearly every night, and has problems making friends. Embry keeps a lot to herself, but manages to prioritize her time to create art, write stories and ballet.
Embry is good at ballet, and she is an aspiring author. She’s an artist and features her work all over the Elven world. She’s not very good at talking publicly. She wants to be an author or journalist, but she’s afraid she's not good enough.
Embry grew up as a middle-class elf with a set of Bad-Match parents, and was always silent. Her parents bagged her about her grades, wanting her to go into the Elite Levels. But Embry hasn’t manifested yet, and her parents are seriously concerned about her future. Growing up in a scorned family, her parents are worried about Embry’s mental health. Embry’s always been very quiet, and alone. She’s never invited any friends over, and her parents are scared she’s becoming more distant.
As Embry grew, she never manifested. At 14, the closing window is approaching. Embry’s teased in school because her family is a bad match, that they own a small restaurant in Mysterium, and because she’s never manifested. Her parents have never set foot in a large home, and Embry feels that no one trusts her.
