Shadowhorn Prison
The Shadowhorn Prison is on a giant island in the middle of the ocean. The facility is extremely difficult to escape, with rough freezing seas all around. This is where the worst villains are kept, but that aren't quite bad enough for Exile. Sentences here are anywhere in between a month or a lifetime.
