Mental Energy, described to be “a less draining way to use telekinesis”, is a very hard to master source of power. Core energy is the only kind of energy skill elves who are not ancients can use, and the most common kind of energy used for skill. Brain Push, a skill of telekinesis, has only ever been successfully performed by ancients. Full Body Momentum, a skill often overlooked because elves tend to focus on their hands, is achieved when one uses foot energy to boost their telekinesis.
