During the age of Sophie Foster there was a second peace treaty between the elves and the ogres. This treaty was basically saying that the ogres would leave the elves alone if the elves left the ogres alone. Both sides agreed to this, even after the events in Lumentaria. Leaders of the Black Swan, a rebel group who worked to improve the world, and the Neverseen, a rebel group who caused chaos and made themselves known in the Lost Cities also attended. During this time, the said hero was fifteen.

Sophie Foster did many things to help the Lost Cities, including helping with a peace treaty during a Peace Summit in Lumentaria. This new treaty (the 2nd Elvin-Ogre treaty) stated that the ogres would leave everyone alone if they left the ogres alone. The Black Swan were a group of elves, dwarves and gnomes that fought alongside Sophie Foster (who they created and was a member) who rebelled and wanted to improve the world. They fought against the Neverseen, another rebel group in the Lost Cities that attempt to prevent the rule of the Council, and they destroy parts of the Lost Cities and have made their existence known to the entirety of the Lost Cities and beyond.
