The Human Assistance Program was created by the elves to guide humans without them aware of their existence. Lots of important inventions, such as chocolate cake, electricity, twinkies, the infamous book series the Lord of the Rings Trilogy, and medicine. They continued to help the humans until they found out humans were scheming to create extremely dangerous weapons such as the nuclear bombs, and the elves ended in the conclusion to end the program and withdraw from their contact with humans after that.

The matchmaking system of the elves is used for the purpose of progress, prosperity, permanence, and proliferation. Matchmakers hand out packets of questions for elves to fill out. After that, the matchmakers release a list of 100 names, all options that are possible from the answers the elf wrote or chose. You can choose to hold a winnowing gala and dance with elves who came to the gala and possibly find your match. Unmatchable are often elves who choose to marry despite not being on each other's lists. They are often scorned as looked down on by others.

The Human Assistance Program was formed to help humans even though the two species were not allowed to work with each other. The humans never knew that their geniuses had elves backing them up. They were not meant to know about it, so this was great. It is because of elves that humans have a lot of useful inventions today. However, when the elves saw that humans were using technology for evil purposes such as atomic bombs, the program was terminated.
