Hari was born to parents Kiaan and Alisha Kumar. One being an Inflictor and the other a Descryer, Hari was bound to manifest an ability; he became a Conjurer at age eleven.
Growing up, Hari wasn't much different from other future Foxfire attendees; he noble family members , and a relatively peaceful and uneventful life. But Hari was not one to go with the flow. He'd always... been considered a little off in the head. He was intelligent like any other elf, but his logic and social skills were not always in the right place. He'd often retreat from all other beings and produce music. It wasn't a common thing to do for sure.
By the time Hari reached eleven years of age, his parents were exasperated at his musical endeavors, and decided to send him to Foxfire to get his mind off of the melodious sounds he'd always think about. However, he didn't fare too well at Foxfire; he'd always dream off in class, and got several detentions because of that. He barely passed his first year, and his parents were not happy at all.

Hari comes off as a very inconsiderate and stupid person, but is actually purely absorbed in his music that he has no mind for much else. He has pretty much no friends because of this - not that he particularly minds. He also vehemently abhors studying for Foxfire. He finds the subjects tough and hard to understand, mainly because he doesn't study throughout the term and attempts to learn things on the last day.

Hari's mind is one apt for music. Anything that had the potential to create a sound pleasing to the ear, Hari would know. His conjuring ability came in handy for this; he'd store whichever things sounded best and called them to him [via void] at will. He is not good at socializing with others and passing his classes with good grades.
