Hello all!
To start off, I, along with the rest of the administration team, would like to thank you all for staying with this wiki through it's journey to effectively re-brand itself among users.
Many of you have even created art, fan fiction, and many new role-play characters since the beginning of this calendar year, which is very helpful in adding to this wiki.
However, there is one thing that definitely needs to be discussed: Foxfire.
So far, we've got several applications in and approved, and would like to thank you for that. But two things need to be changed:
1) Gender balance
2) Mentors
As for the first topic, gender balance, we've been noticing a lot of female characters being created by users on this wiki. I myself am no exception, and am trying my best to try and overcome this.
This ends up affecting Foxfire applications, meaning that only females are applying (with, as of Sunday, February 17, 19:54:50 UTC, only two male characters as opposed to nine female characters). This can definitely be changed! After all, there are forty-one (41) males in the male character category, and more male characters can always be passed through character approval!
As for the second topic, only four characters have been signed up to be mentors. We need more of you to sign up! And no, mentor character owners are not limited to just administrators; any active member of the regular user community can become a mentor too!
You may answer the poll below if you are interested. If you say yes, you will receive a message on your wall regarding the matter in a couple of days.
Note: the maximum number of mentors you may have is two (or three, if approved) (these numbers are subject to change, depending on sign-ups)
